Hmm, I've always wondered if any of the old regional rivalries in Latin America would ever begin to come back to the surface. The War of the Pacific and the resulting civil wars in the combatant's countries were a crisis war, and I've always found it ominous that Bolivia and Chile are still not on good diplomatic terms.

Its still too early for either country to engage in a crisis war since both of them are in awakening eras, but only a generation or two more and things could get ugly.
