Cold weather has not slowed the numbers of migrants, especially from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, as EU officials had hoped. A record 5,800 crossed from Macedonia into Serbia in one day this month.

Is it possible that the 5,800 number is a typo and should have been 8,500, or were there two records set during the the month of October, with the latest one being in the last 24 hours?

The Daily Telegraph reported that London has a higher rate of TB than Iraq and a few other third world African countries. Since TB is not easily spread, but usually requires long term exposure, it points to one thing: overcrowded housing.
