"The actions of the Russian Air Force in Syria are very effective, making it possible that soon ISIL will capitulate and the Syrian refugees will be able to return home, according to a political analyst at George Washington University."John wrote:Europe is experiencing its greatest refugee crisis since World War II, and it looks like nothing is going to stop it.

Not sure how many would return home but if ISIS is not taking over new territory there should be some reduction in the number of people fleeing Syria. There are other sources of refugees of course.

That's quite an article you've found.
An anti-America professor of "political science" (whatever that is) at
George Washington University is interviewed by Iranian state media
(Press TV), and quoted in Russian state media (Sputnik News).
The name of the professor is Nabil Mikhail, but the Sputnik article
Americanized it to Nabil Michael, so it wouldn't appear to be Russian.
Hilarious.
I can assure you that analysts I've been reading would consider
Mikhail's opinion to be wishful thinking.
