There is a prophesy in the hadith that there will be some kind of army at the kaaba and a new mahdi/caliphate will be announced and people will support him. It means the last days are near. The guys in the 1979 seizure were trying to be the fulfilment of that prophesy but failed. There is excitement/concern among Muslims that ISIS will try the same thing next month at the big Kaaba event.

Muslims feel that an army that is getting great success in battle must have Allah's support. So when ISIS was quickly taking over big parts of Iraq it seemed to many they had Allah with them. This is why many Muslims from around the world have gone off to join ISIS.

The US air strikes are making ISIS not so successful. This reduces the danger to Saudi Arabia that ISIS gets the support of the people if they do come to the Kaaba. The Saudi leaders very much support the air strikes as it reduces the risk that they lose power.

Wow, and I thought I was well informed; really scary stuff, the best vidio!!

It becomes clearer, and clearer that these people will never stop coming, never stop butchering. Western culture and the belief of Muslims are just incompatible. It becomes more, and more apparent that Muslims so willingly embrace the butchering others, as their own history is rife with the barbaric murder of each other. Further, their history demands the wholesale butchering of themselves, and others as the vehicle to the realization of the coming of their "final judgement" - an act, as they see it, of goodness. Wow.

Yes. Western culture and values are no more compatible with the totalitarian ideology of Islam than they are with the totalitarian ideologies of Fascism or Communism. Too many people don't realize that Islam is a political ideology and a religion, not just a religion alone. It is also a set of laws (Sharia law) to be imposed by force on everyone, even non-believers. While normal religions are just a set of beliefs that don't impact others outside the religion. It is a huge difference that almost all Infidels gloss over. Interestingly, Muslims are well aware of this difference in private but don't mention it in public where it is better to be viewed as deserving of freedom of religion like any other religion. Being viewed as similar to Fascism or Communism would not help their cause.

Muslims have as a goal replacing existing governments with Sharia law. Trying to overthrow a government is called treason and illegal is most every country. But really that is what Islam is all about.

Thanks for this information. Some articles have referred to China's
submarines as "noisy," and now I know what that means.
