It's always such fun to deal with Russia's army of Russian trolls.

Anyway, what you've written is ridiculous on multiple levels.

First off, I depend on tv and text media sources owned by many
countries around the world -- US, Canada, Britain, Qatar, Australia,
Japan, France, etc., and doxens of others on an occasional basis. To
suggest that all of these media sources are parroting Unian is truly
ridiculous, something that only the dumbest of Russian trolls would
date to claim.

Furthermore, many of these media companies have correspondents in
Ukraine, reporting personally on Russia's horrific atrocities, and
showing video, so we can see for ourselves what atrocities and war
crimes the Russians are committing, inclusing purposely targeting
innocent women and children.

Furthermore, Putin's horrific attacks and atrocities on the Christians
in Ukraine have been heavily condemned by Catholic Pope Francis, by
the Archbishop of Canterbury, and by Orthodox Christian Archbishop
Bartholomew of Constantinople, the respective leaders of the Western,
Protestant and Eastern Christian churches. They are definitely not
parroting Unian.

In fact, Putin is specifically targeting women and children in eastern
Ukraine, many of whom are Russian Orthodox. For Putin to be
committing atrocities on innocent Christian women and children is an
abomination and curse on his own Orthodox Christian faith, second in
abomination only to the murder of Jesus Christ. According to Putin's
own claimed religious belief, he will join Judas and burn in hell for
eternity.

P.S.: You're a coward hiding behind an anonymous handle, but you sound
just like Cool Breeze. You're either him or his clone.

There’s numerous videos posted by Russian troops and by civilians showing off Russia’s war crimes. The one that sticks in my head is the video of the Russian tanks obliterating an elderly Ukranian couple in a car trying to flee the city. I would post it but don’t think I can attach/upload files, for obvious reasons. It’s out there if you search hard enough. Russia is a joke and Putin is Bashar Al-Assad 2.0 leading this clown fiesta.

In order to understand many of the reasons why the Russians have a currently crap Army, check out the following regarding Russian military priorities and spending. All of this person's videos on the Ukraine war are exceptional, and you should watch if you have time.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJkmcNj ... =2&t=2668s
I believe that Bob is talking about what is in this video (see above). The Russians have spread their money around in too many expensive baskets (like their strategic rocket forces and navy) while the Ukrainians just put it into defense for repelling armor/airborne assaults.
The Ukrainians haven't put much money into their military, NATO, mostly the US and the UK have. Just saying.

Russia's biggest problem is that they don't know how to run a war. Who sends troops into battle without warning them that they are going into battle? They were given two days of expired army rations and were told it was just an exercise. They only figured it out when the bullets started flying. Who does something like that?

The Russians have not been holding back like some analysts claim. They have sent int their best troops and most advanced war machines. A prototype tank was destroyed in Ukraine with a Javelin and it was only 1 of 2 in existence. Their airborne units have been decimated. Most of the dead, from what I have read, are not conscripts, but regular soldiers. They have lost a lot of their most advanced fighter jets and helicopter gunships. The losses are catastrophic. Now, week 6-7, and they have lost 20,000 plus troops. These are not logistics guys, but fighters and a third of their generals.

Many newspapers in the UK are calling this "Russia's last throw of the dice" because the demographic rot has really set in. Look at the faces of the troops in the Russian army; they are Mongolians and Caucasians. Russian youth are already in the minority in Russia today. Russia is the only country on the face of the Earth to have more abortions than live births. Ethnic Russian men have a life expectancy of only 56. It is the other races in the RF that bring up the overall life expectancy for men. It's over.

Putin and his cronies will rot behind the new Iron Curtain.

Glory to Ukraine!

** 20-Apr-2022 World View: Wife tells Russian soldier to rape Ukrainian women

EVIL BARGAIN Russian soldier’s wife ‘recorded telling him
> to rape Ukrainian women’ in sickening phone call to front
> line
I'd like to comment on this article. The headline is highly
sensationalistic, but what it describes is quite believable, and
happens all the time during war.

During a generational crisis war, when battles become completely
chaotic, massacres occur and discipline breaks down, a soldier who is
covered with mud and the blood of his comrades who had been killed by
the enemy would not be likely to resist the temptation to rape a young
girl whose brother, uncle or father had participated in killing the
soldier's comrades. Rape would be both a sexual act and an act of
revenge. If the girl hasn't seen a man in a while, she may viscerally
not want to resist anyway. This is not a particularly politically
correct or woke thing to say, but if it weren't true, then neither I
nor the people reading this would exist today, since the human race
would not have survived.

At the end of World War II, the Soviet army allegedly committed
millions of rapes of German women. According to a German historian,
1.6 million American troops in Germany raped 190,000 German women
within ten years after the end of the war. There have also been
charges of rapes by American soldiers in France.

Among the atrocities committed by Russian troops on civilizans in
Ukraine, there have been many reports of rapes. This is common in
war. I'm not saying this to excuse it. I'm saying that it's part of
the human DNA, same as breathing, same as genocide.

**** The 'sickening' phone call

The Sun article listed a number of atrocities, but this will focus
only on the "sickening" phone call, referenced in the headline.
Apparently this phone call was surreptiously recorded by Ukrainian
security, and it had a wife, Olga Bykovskaya, encouraging her soldier
husband Roman Bykovsky, part of Russia's army in Ukraine, to rape
Ukrainian women.

According to the article, the conversation went as follows:
> "In the short audio clip, a woman's voice is heard
> saying: "So yeah, do it over there. Ukrainian woman there. Rape
> them."

> She laughs before adding: "Don't tell me anything, understand."

> A man on the other end of the call replies: "So I should rape and
> not tell you anything?"

> The woman responds: "Yes so that I wouldn't know anything," before
> both start laughing.

> She then adds: "Just use protection," before the man replies
> again: "OK."
I guess I've become jaded, but I've seen so many "sickening" and
"horrifying" atrocities that the Russians commit in Ukraine on an
hourly basis, that I'm just not going to be sickened or horrified by a
mere phone call. I just have to chuckle when I read that this phone
call was "sickening" and "horrifying." In fact, this kind of behavior
is well within the range of ordinary behavior of many women. Any man
who has had relationships with women is aware that a woman's sexual
behavior is typically confused and inscrutable. This certainly became
clear to me in the 15 years that I spent researching my book on men's
gender issues, "Fraternizing with the Enemy." Sigmund Freud famously
pointed out that he never was able to determine an answer to the
question, "What does a woman want?"

So speaking generally, there are many scenarios where a wife might
encourage her husband to have sex with someone else. For example, she
may been forced for some reason to marry him, but did not like having
sex with him, especially if there's an age difference, and rather than
just repeating the old excuse, "Sorry dear, not tonight, I have a
headache," she tells him to have sex with someone else to satisfy his
needs. Another scenario is where she has had (or wants to have) an
affair with another man, and she encourages him to have an affair with
another woman so that they'll be "even."

In the case of the wife of a Russian soldier in Ukraine, it may be
that she hates Ukrainians, or it may be that she's having an affair
while her husband is away, and justfies it that way. Or maybe she
just really hates Ukrainians, and sees her husband raping Ukrainian
women as a way of expressing that hatred. I've never met a man who
hates all women, but when I did my research for "Fraternizing with the
Enemy," I ran into a number of women who hated all or almost all other
women. So there are all sorts of reasons why the wife in the phone
call spoke as she did.

**** Keeping quiet

One thing that particularly interested me about the phone call is that
the wife told her soldier husband, "Don't tell me anything,
understand." Without attempting to psychoanalyze the confused motive
behind this remark, I want to focus on the fact that many soldiers who
fight in a generational crisis war refuse to talk about their
experiences later.

In doing research on Generational Dynamics for the last 20 years, I
ran into the situation many times that someone who fought in World War
II did not want to talk about their experiences.

In writing my book on Vietnam, I discovered that nobody wanted to talk
about what they experienced during the Vietnam War, or even know what
the war was about. This was true of both Americans and Vietnamese.

So why don't soldiers returning from a war not want to talk about
their experiences? In my opinion, it's because they don't want to
talk about the atrocities that were committed -- not just the
atrocities that the enemy committed, but also the atrocities that THEY
committed. These atrocities include such things as rape and torture
on both sides.

And so, summarizing the highly sensationalistic Sun article, what it
describes is not sickening or horrifying at all. It's based on
elements that I've written about many times -- rape during war,
confused sexuality of women, and reluctance of soldiers to discuss
their war experiences. What the Sun article is describing is quite
ordinary and common.
