This video says it all about the Silent Generation's willingness to take action to punish wrong doers, even if they put themselves at risk of being shot or arrested.

This gentlemen at 71 years old is either a very young member of the silent generation, or a very old member of the baby boomers. He was born in 1940 or 1941.

I am grateful for the Silent Generation when it comes to crime and punishment! I am often told I was born at the wrong time and am old fashioned in most of my beliefs but I love that there are still people out there who demand swift justice that does not involve coddling the criminal. To many people today use excuses on why the criminal did what he did and therefore doesn't deserve a harsh punishment. I am of the belief that they did what they did because they are inherently evil, made their own choices and deserve the harshest punishment available!
