Yesterday's bot smashing.

I think you do a fantastic job of bot smashing. My whole trading strategy (as opposed to long term investments) is based upon getting it right more than half the time, and taking higher % profits when I get it right than the stopped out losses when I get it wrong. I always set stop losses - don't want to find I got no money left!!
I wish I could call it right as often as you do

From another.
Our business parking lot regularly has break-ins, people sleeping in the dumpster, needles left on the ground in the smoking area, homeless people wandering around, and we have to keep constant vigilance for the safety of our employees. A friend of mine bought a $1.8M house near Cupertino and she no longer feels safe walking her dog. What's next, homeless camps in Palo Alto?
California is crap. I was having a conversation with three executives from three different tech companies who have sites in the Bay Area and all of them are looking elsewhere. What's more, the view on acquiring companies who have large sites or employee bases in CA is sour, nobody wants to be there.
Friends, society management is a relative easy function that we choose to complicate. You can't have a civilized society without laws and you can't have laws without enforcement. You can't view companies as tax opportunities and you can't run the government needing ever more taxes.

This barb wire in DC is not going to save you.

We give them into 2022 locally then utter left coast collapse into 2024.
MS13 owns it and even law enforcement knows it.

S Corp bankruptcy personal liability is when a single proprietor of a small business files for bankruptcy.
When it comes to business owners, their liability differs from other types of business bankruptcy liabilities.
S corporation owners would be required to pay taxes on the business income.

S corporation has the disadvantage of making the shareholders liable for any income that is taxable
and generated after the bankruptcy is filed. The S corporation is not a taxable body.
We never issued stock. Its not hard to understand as just move out of stupid as delusional takes you out.
As we warned it took the State 10 years to clean up the corruption and the second time the MSP to finish it off.

This then sees “shadow leverage” impacts in second-order deleveraging / redemption flows at ETF’s like ARK, with the past three days seeing outflows of -$848mm, -$293mm and -$433mm further leaning like de facto “short gamma”

1. At 68 % the rule is = (Mean - std) and (Mean + std)
2. At 95% the rule is = (Mean - 2 × std) and (Mean + 2 × std)
3. At 97.7% the rule is = (Mean - 3 × std) and (Mean + 3 × std)

I will check l8ter the balance of effects.

Supernaturally revealed, the mark of the beast will be formed from a global reset, once the US is taken out. It will happen in a treaty in Paris, the great reset, where Russia and China will be the new boss. They will invade Europe once the US is taken out. Russia will be give control over all of Europe and China will be given control over other parts of the world. bill

"I am totally obsessed about how to create good-paying jobs in America," and the clean-energy sector "is the biggest opportunity for us."

The market is shifting toward green energy, regardless of what politicians prefer, and the Energy Department's 17 national labs are creating ways to not only expand renewable energy but also "decarbonize fossil fuels," Granholm said. "And honestly, if we can bring the supply chains for all of these clean-energy products to the United States, instead of letting our economic competitors eat us for lunch, the jobs that could be created for us in the U.S. — good-paying jobs — are boundless."

While none of this is a surprise, we will recycle our conclusion from two weeks ago when we said that "while the SEC is now scrambling to put the genie in the bottle, the reality is that in a world where infinite Fed liquidity has terminally broken any link between stock prices and underlying facts, news or cash flows, such ramps are going to become an increasingly more frequent occurrence. And sadly since no regulator can admit that we now live in the biggest asset bubble ever, they will continue going after the symptoms - speculative daytraders organizing bull raids which by the way have been around ever since the South Sea Bubble - instead of actually focusing on the underlying cause." t

The point is as we noted no middle group actually exist. To be clear we are simple blood bags as taxpayers for the relentless
vampire economy. Triangulation Politics is a rudderless ship of deceit. As it was put we do not have to belief we have ideas.
The fig tree illustrates the actual condition of these insane bastards.

Richard, one day the bots will catch me for a big loss; it's just a matter of time. I took one late last year on the stock that was moved from the S&P 600 to the S&P 400 as mentioned. Learned my lesson there. We'll see when the next one will be.

Buy BTC or GBTC next week and you'll be able to trade it and make another profit, in fairly short order (if you don't want to hold long and make more, or deal with the ups and downs).

You're welcome.
