Had a reliable copper phone line for $8 per month.

Says we're lucky to have $200 per month family cell phone plans where instead of answering the phone "Hello" the phone is answered "Can you hear me?"
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

The Fed dropped rates 0.5%. I think yesterday was the "buying the rumor" and today is the "sell the news". I think the Fed is about as low as they can go, so "no more dry powder" or "no more tricks up their sleeve". I bought some more S&P puts today.

I don't think this virus is going to be as deadly as current estimates have it. Swine flu started out with really high fatality estimates and they kept going down, like from 14% down to 0.1%. I can think of 2 main reasons. First, only the most serious cases get tested and counted early on. People with something that feels like a regular cold just stay home. Second, the least deadly mutations of the virus spread the fastest, so the lethality drops over time.

That said, it is still enough cause economic troubles. The guy I am ordering a monitor from in China just took my money today as for many weeks now they were not at work. So China is starting to go back to work. Still no word on when I can get high reliability computers though.

Gauge reports in three weeks as march sweeps develop.
The rate of mutation, or lack of is the only question now as we have seen.
No way is the current information accurate to the actual amount relabeled
and simply left out. As indicated RNA does not lie and government is never
going to progress in totalitarian regimes as such. The level is information as you may put it is
the usual suspects. The analyst will track the flow input to commodity usages to eliminate white noise.

I waited a few days and PUT a few usual suspects.
As we said yelling at your Boss was unwise for some time in to the judgement window.
I do not think overall we are that wrong as such.

I covered shorts this morning for a 5 point loss past 3 days basis 10 lots. That doesn't say much about what I expect the market to do; it's just getting out near break even after having entered too far below this morning's high and finding a better place to take a position.
