Islam attacked and destroyed cultures of Persia, modern day Iran. They destroyed Hindu and Buddhist culture in Afghanistan. They destroyed Hinduism and Sikhism in Pakistan. And they are trying to do that in every part of the world.

Effectiveness is not employees production capability as HR people are misconceptions.

OEE = Actual output / Theoretical maximum output = Availability Ratio x Performance Ratio x Quality Ratio
Availability Ratio — The share of the actual production time and the planned production time. All planned stops and breakdowns will reduce the availability ratio, including set-up times, preventive maintenance, breakdowns and lack of operators. The only time that you may choose to deduct from the availability ratio is lack of orders.
Performance Ratio — Loss of production due to under-utilization of the machinery. In other words, losses are incurred when the equipment is not run with full speed. Short, unregistered, stops may affect the performance ratio as well.
Quality Ratio — The amount of the production that has to be discharged or scrapped.

Scheduled Production Time or Planned Production Time
Planned Down Time: Scheduled down time events
Unplanned Down Time: Unscheduled down time events
NAT = Net Available Time (Scheduled Production Time – Planned Down Time)
NOT = Net Operating Time (Net Available Time – Unplanned Down Time)
IOT = Ideal Operating Time (Time to Produce All Parts at Rate)
LOT = Lost Operating Time Due to Production of Scrap or Non-Saleable Product.
The following formulas are used to calculate each of the OEE factors and overall OEE:

Availability % = NOT / NAT * 100
Performance % = IOT / NOT * 100
Quality = (IOT – LOT) / IOT * 100
OEE = Availability * Performance * Quality
OEE result is to calculate the time required to make spec as divided by the Net Available Time:

OEE = (IOT – LOT) / NAT

I've done a fair amount of work analyzing and studying ancient Persia
in particular, and also ancient Hindu and Buddhist cultures to a
lesser extent.

And I can state unequivocally that the quoted paragraph is a huge
piece of total garbage, and is typical of much of the garbage that we
see on the internet today.

As for migration routes and intellectual development it took 400 years
to decode one book which was the empirical formulas that changed the
Indo-Europeon business models.

As the English liberals commented they do not even have windows in the hovels provided
for them. As commented into the next century the civil war punished all who survived the
process in the South.

Identity politics is for the impaired to this day.

Continued advances in textile machinery and the spread of railroads soon made inexpensive factory-produced fabrics available everywhere.
By 1870, there were more than 2,400 woolen mills, and hundreds of cotton mills all over the United States.

The world transformed and nobody in the West noticed. India and Pakistan have joined the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The 17 year-old body since its founding on June 15, 2001 has quietly established itself as the main alliance and grouping of nations across Eurasia.

To busy about demented idiots cooking for some patrons as narco states crashing borders in the scripted dialectic.

India and Pakistan were added to the SCO for purely local political
reasons. The Central Asian countries in the SCO are pissed off about
it because now it means that, instead of focusing on Central Asian
problems, the SCO will just be another organization arguing about
Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. In other words, the SCO has just
become completely useless to its original members, and completely
irrelevant to the rest of the world.
