Please try out JWallBall, my new Android arcade game

Post by John »

If you have an Android phone, please try out my free new addictive
Android arcade game: JWallBall

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .jwallball

It's a fast-paced, hypnotic arcade game, based on the ancient game of
wallball.

Fling the ball at the objects. You get points and lives by striking
circles and ovals, but not rectangles. When you strike an object, it
changes color.

This game is simple to play - great for young kids!

This is a first version. It's free, it's fun, has no ads, and no
permissions. Just install it and have fun. If you find any bugs, or
if it doesn't work well on your particular device, write to
jwallball@jxenakis.com (the author), or leave a message here.

Writing an iOS version of the game is a project I've considered, and
in fact I wrote the code for the Android version to make it as easy as
possible to migrate to iOS. But that would be a big project, and it's
not in the cards right now.

However, you can run Android apps on your Windows desktop computer by
using the Nox Player.

This is a free Android emulator, and I've been blown away by how good
it is. It runs the standard Android OS, and opens a window that looks
like an Android screen. You have to set it up just as you would a
real android phone, and you can run any apps from Google Play exactly
as you would on a real phone.

So I recommend the Nox Player irrespective of whether you want to run
JWallBall, but if you do want to run JWallBall on your desktop, this
is the best way to do it.

The Nox Player (Android simulator) also runs on the Mac.
