Hello GD

Hello,
I am a middle aged man from Colorado, have been following GD for years now, just have never done much in boards such as this.
In the time following, have not only become a fan, but an advocate of GD. Have been following the GD post through Breitbart for the most part, but do receive the email daily also.
That is part of why I came here; checked the webpage today and saw over 5000 responses. Really? What in the world happened? I know I posted for the GD on a couple of different other pages yesterday, commenting on how Mr. Xenakis had been predicting the Iran situation for years, but can't believe it was because of that.
Usually the responses at Breitbart number at around 100, at best. Just blew me away about the numbers today. Obvious question, what happened?
Whenever I see things like this, I get suspicious. The last few years, I simply don't believe in coincidence any longer. Not so full of my self as to believe that my posting had anything to do with it, more concerned that the site had been targeted by the damned Chinese Gov't again.
So, what gives?
