I still think there's going to be some deflation, though perhaps less dramatic than what we saw in the depression. In one of the years, 1932 I believe, the currency deflated about 17 percent.

There was actually a slight amount of deflation in 2009 when it seemed like everything was falling apart. we still have inflation at the moment, although not nearly as much as many were expecting.

My expectation for 2012 is Greek defaulting and setting off the chain reaction. The bitter political fighting will continue and likely get worse, and the United States economy will start falling again.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that are going to end up losing everything, rich and poor alike. There might be people who disagree, but I think 2012 is going to be a very bad year economically.

even under normal circumstances, everybody is going to screw up once in a while. However, I haven't heard anyone explain why there was a bubble or what it means for the stock market.
