Re: generational conflict between y and boomers...your thoughts,

I totally agree with you. I keep hearing how the TP movement is just a bunch of right-wing GOP whackos, but I actually went to an event down in Texas and it's NOTHING like most describe it. It's main-stream Americans, much like me (and you from what I can tell) that are honestly worried about where...

Re: Climate Change

The problem you've got with that graph, despite it's confusion ("it's a duck" as they say in "quantitative display of information") is that examining the peaks and troughs shows an increase in temp over time, not a steady state. There is only one hottest year in a decade or century, it's the trend ...

Re: "Generation Zero - The Inconceivable Truth" - the movie

What principles do you believe that I'm abandoning? Isn't analyzing the effects of generational trends on politics something that I do all the time? I really don't understand your criticism. Also, I find this "active/passive" analysis really fascinating. John The main principle that we should look ...

Re: Rush Limbaugh callers

RUSH: By the way, we're talking about education here with our last caller, and Obama talks about education a lot, and it's very well worth your while to remember what he taught when he was a lecturer. He was not a professor; he was not adjunct; he was a lecturer at the University of Chicago Law Scho...

Re: Rush Limbaugh callers

RUSH: Now, we always back up things we say. I was just talking to our caller in Alabama, and I asked her if she knew Michelle Obama when Michelle's hospital was turning away the poor. And, of course, I know that people out there, "You just can't make stuff up." I didn't make it up. We reported it ba...

Re: Rush Limbaugh callers

RUSH: Jason in Washington, DC. Great to have you on the EIB Network. Hello. CALLER: Hi, Rush. Mega Army dittos. RUSH: Thank you, sir. CALLER: I'm an Army captain, and we're lucky, first of all, that he didn't say Wrigley Field or Fenway, so count our blessings on that one, that at least got it close...

Re: Rush Limbaugh callers

RUSH: Bob in Ava, New York. Welcome to the program, sir. Nice to have you with us. CALLER: Thank you. Rush, I want to thank George Blue (ph) for directing me to you almost 20 years ago. I've learned so much from you, but the one most thing is "follow the money." That's burned into my head. I disagre...
