An example of what happens when the uncivilized work themselves into a rabid frenzy. The item photo is now in my brain in the "Things That Cannot Be Unseen" file. Nigeria is a nation of jave's and have not's. Their ability, let alone desire, to absorb fleeing anglophones is limited.
Civility seems to be in short supply world wide. (Civility is NOT synonymous with "diversity".)
