Second attempt.
Haiti's problems are much like those of Venezuela and Puerto Rico. Clinton "Foundation" money seemed to stall in govt hands. Rescue supplies rot on docks. How dare the IMF require that solid economic principles be followed with other nations' funds. And eventual repayment?
Corruption is an industry. If oil prices remain at subsidized levels, will that mean fewer govt bennies and payoffs?
Think about all of this the next time Rand Paul asks that the Federal Reserve be audited.
