since I wrote my article is that cases have been identified in another
tiny village, Iboko. There are going to be new cases identified for
several months, but that doesn't mean that the outbreak is "out of
control." Even if there are cases identified in Kinshasa or
Brazzaville, it doesn't yet mean that it's "out of control."
