Aaron is in a generational Awakening era, and so the public mood is to compromise rather than begin a full scale war.

Furthermore, the aging Hardline generation is soon to be replaced by a younger generation which is much more compatible with the West, as it was under the Shah.

What would America do if a country destroyed one of our embassies in an airstrike? Which is what Israel did to Iran. The double standards are being noted by everyone.
