So far we do not know if ebola traveled to Uganda. During barry's reign, patients were imported to America. When I called the CDC to protest, I was given a nasty PC lecture. Contact of infected patients equals carrying the virus.
Health workers are educated and sign up for infectious diseases. Peasants don't. This has UN responsibility writ large. All of Africa is depending on UN medical expertise. The rest of the world counts on no carriers leaving Africa.
We are all assuming President Trump will not expose us to ebola patients.
