According to preliminary results, the boycott by Muslim Brotherhood members took its toll, as only 42.2% of registered voters turned out. However, among those who voted, 95.2% voted "yes."
John, I was curious where these numbers came from, I did not see them in the articles quoted.

It would also be interesting how the above numbers compared to the approval of the "Muslim Brotherhood" drafted constitution the newest constitution replaces.

One of the statement's made by a supporter of the newest constitution ( as quoted in one of the linked articles ) was that only about a third of registered voters, voted in the election that approved the Muslim Brotherhood constitution.

Not sure what any of these numbers mean, except that if the people who are boycotting your constitutional approval process are truly against your constitution ( an unknown variable here ) you may have a problem.

The Muslim Brotherhood certainly had a problem.
